Tuesdays

4pm-5pm - Cardio Boot Camps - Beginner to Advanced

*Most approprite for ages 8-17. However, this class is mostly bodyweight and fun exercises, so no workout or sports experience is required.

Thursdays

4pm-5pm - Youth Weight Training - Intermediate to Advanced

*Youth Weight Training is a more advanced youth class. If your child does not already have some sports or basic weight training knowledge, we would recommend coming to the Tuesday class only and/or scheduling some one on one classes for your child.
